Back in the 1880s, the Narragansett Pier Casino was built on Ocean Road in Narragansett RI. A significant fire occurred in 1900, all but wiping the casino out. The Towers, however, remain as perhaps Narragansett’s most famous landmark.

Simply put, your wedding day at The Towers will beautiful and memorable. Here are some of the reasons why:

Historic Architecture

As you can see in the photos, The Narragansett Towers consists of Victorian architecture. The iconic aspect are the two vertical, conical structures connected by an archway. Ocean Road runs underneath; the building straddles the road.

Great Hall and Inside

This historic venue keeps things simple: it consists of a single room. The Towers’ Great Hall is up on the third floor. It’s a long rectangle, measuring about 20 feet wide and 130 long. Multiple seating arrangements are possible for your wedding at The Towers, fitting up to 160. A more comfortable maximum is 120.

Oh yeah: the twinkle lights. These dangle from the ceiling in the center portion of the venue, somewhat reminiscent of The Barns at Wesleyan Hills in CT.

The ends of the Great Hall are wider; the water end is used as the ceremony venue and dance floor while the opposite side (where the elevator and main stairs are) is used for cocktail hour and your bar. Hardwood floors run throughout.

A prep kitchen and small getting ready area are on the second floor (the latter is not a full suite though). The first floor has a small welcome area. There’s an older elevator to transport guests up to the Great Hall; those comfortable walking may opt for the stairs.
