Connecticut fall foliage and a Haley Farm engagement session…what a combination
On the last Sunday of October, I had the pleasure of photographing Steph and Matt’s fall Haley Farm engagement session! Their chosen location was, of course, Groton, CT’s Haley Farm State Park. Take a look!
Leaves, props, and lots of love for this engagement session
Update 4/27/20: These two tied the knot and I was honored to be their wedding photographer!
In southeastern Connecticut, I have to say that fall has to be the absolute best time for an engagement session. Leaves may be a pain to clean up, but they make for some great color in photos. Here’s Steph posing with her engagement ring:
These two were all smiles; naturals in front of the camera! Their props fit perfectly into the setting.
Towards the end of their fall Haley Farm engagement session, Steph and Matt hopefully didn’t notice that I became a little bit nervous because I hadn’t yet capture “the shot” for them. We headed deeper into the park, part way down a trail for walkers, runners, and bicyclists. This was it! It turned out to be my favorite image of this session because it represents Steph and Matt walking towards their future together:
Haley Farm is just perfect and so was this couple
I wish Steph and Matt the best as they finish planning their wedding and move on towards their date. We had a great time at Haley Farm during their engagement session.
And there you have it. Thanks for checking out my post!
