Downtown/City Wedding Venues in CT

While Connecticut may not be known for its cities, there are certainly some here. What’s more, several places to get married call these cities home. Here’s a list of city wedding venues in Connecticut.

1. Inn at Middletown (Middletown)

A small boutique hotel in down Middletown, Inn at Middletown is perfect for intimate city weddings. This hotel wedding venue is a former armory which now has two cozy event rooms separated by a unique staircase and mezzanine area.

One of the best things about Inn at Middletown is that it’s a downtown CT wedding venue. It’s easily accessible, has plenty of nearby parking, and is surrounded by restaurants and bars for pre- and post-wedding fun. This is a great getting ready hotel, too, given its closeness to other Greater Hartford wedding venues.

Probably one of the top five or so best wedding venues in all of Connecticut, The Society Room of Hartford can easily handle over 100 guests. This former bank has everlasting charm, is simply elegant, and oozes with history.
